Recipe: Oven Roasted Corn

Corn is available all year round, but the best time to buy corn is during the summer. Normally I boil or grill corn, and just recently decided to try
Oven Roasted Corn
, which is pretty good.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Place corn with husks on a baking rack.
Roast for about 30 minutes. Your kitchen will smell like corn, which isn't a bad thing.
When done, peel back the husks and rub the kernels with butter.
