Recipe: Oven Roasted Corn

Corn is available all year round, but the best time to buy corn is during the summer.  Normally I boil or grill corn, and just recently decided to try Oven Roasted Corn, which is pretty good.

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place corn with husks on a baking rack.
  3. Roast for about 30 minutes. Your kitchen will smell like corn, which isn’t a bad thing.
  4. When done, peel back the husks and rub the kernels with butter.
