The Little Beet Table, is Opening in Greenwich Spring 2019

Spring is here! And I just found out one of my favorite restaurants for healthy food is coming to Greenwich — Little Beet Table (LBT). Their first location is in the Nomad neighborhood of Manhattan. This spring, they will open a new full-service restaurant and bar at 376 Greenwich Avenue. Serving delicious, nourishing and 100% gluten-free food, LBT is poised to be a haven for guests with a variety of dietary preferences.

Designed by Joe Calabrese of Calabrese Design (previously of AvroKO), LBT is a casually-chic eatery that features carefully-considered design and finishes, cultivating an inviting atmosphere for guests to gather, socialize, relax, work, and meet, over delicious food and drink. General manager Paul Mellon (previously of Bartaco and Barcelona) will run point on execution and service.

Carefully conceived by LBT’s executive chef Matt Aita (previously of NYC’s acclaimed Rouge Tomate and Jean Georges) and chef Rich Perez (who is at the helm of the Greenwich location; previously of Picholine and Roy Choi’s restaurant group), LBT’s menu has something ‘better-for-you’ and delicious for everyone. Guests can expect nourishing dishes like Roasted Shrimp Salad and Cauliflower and Mushroom Tacos, as well as wholesome preparations that won’t leave anyone at the table pining for gluten, like the veggie-packed Rigatoni (with arugula pistou, butternut squash, roasted mushroom, parmesan), and the crispy and flavorful Broccoli Pizzetta.

LBT specialty cocktails like the Carrot + Makrut Lime (white rum or tequila, makrut lime, ginger, and egg white) and Fennel + Citrus (gin or vodka, dry vermouth, fennel, lemon, topped with club soda) reimagine popular classics, incorporating fresh vegetable juices and eschewing added sugar for a feel-good drinking experience.
