Fairfield County, CT and beyond

Rive Bistro, Westport, CT
Rive Bistro will have a special Christmas Eve menu. Indulge in Mousse de Foie Gras, Roasted Moulard Duck Breast, and more French entrées. Dessert includes the traditional Bouche Noel. See their Christmas menu.

Rizzuto’s, Westport, CT
Celebrate Christmas Eve with their special Italian Christmas Eve menu. Last seating is at 8.30pm. They are closed Christmas Day.

The Capital Grille, Stamford, CT
The Capital Grille in Stamford will be open on Christmas Eve from 12-10pm. Closed on Christmas Day.

Both locations will offer a three course Prix Fixe Christmas Eve Menu at $40/person

Washington Prime, South Norwalk, CT
On Christmas Eve, Washington Prime is offering a 3-course choice menu for $60 per person.

Fresh Salt at Saybrook Point Inn, Old Saybrook, CT
Holiday revelers will enjoy fine dining specials and seasonal delights such as Mascarpone-Butternut Ravioli, Ricotta Meatballs (Southern Italian-style), and Srirachi-style Calamari during Christmas Eve Dinner on Saturday, December 24 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. And on Sunday, December 25, guests will relish at Fresh Salt’s lavish Christmas Day Dinner Buffet featuring a Yule Tide Harvest Table and Bountiful Seafood Sampler from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.For $69.95 (adults) and $36.95 (children), Fresh Salt’s Christmas Day Dinner Buffet also features Salads, Carving Stations and Entrees such as Porcini Encrusted Filet Medallions with Herb & Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seared Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Butternut Squash and Madeira Cream, and Cornmeal Fried Oysters with Tomato-Peach Cruda & Cilantro Aioli. New York City

Angus Club Steakhouse will be open on Christmas Eve and Day at 4pm. The East Midtown steakhouse will be offering its annual Christmas prix fixe menu with selections such as the Rib Eye Steak Bone-In and Norwegian Salmon. Served with go-to side dishes such as Angus Home Fries and Creamed Spinach, and you might not make it to enjoy the infamous New York Cheesecake for dessert.

Davio’s Feast of the Seven Fishes menu will be offered on December 24th from 5-10pm and is priced at $65/pp, excluding tax and gratuity. Menu items include Seafood Salad boasting octopus, mussels, calamari and shrimp; and Pan Roasted Black Cod served with Livornese, Potato Gratin, and Flying Fish Caviar. Seafood lovers spending Xmas eve at Davio’s should also be sure to leave room for dessert, as the pastry team is serving up a sure-to-be-heavenly Chocolate Cassata with Eggnog Gelato and Kettle Corn for a sweet end to the evening.

Westchester County

Benjamin Steakhouse, White Plains, NY
On Christmas Day, will be serving a delicious prix fixe menu for $59.95 per person. The menu features  Lobster Bisque Soup, Crabcakes, or Winter Salad to start off the dinner; Dry-Aged USDA Prime Rib Eye Steak, Rack of Lamb (shown above) or Grilled Chilean Sea Bass as an entree. Sides including their famous creamed spinach, sautéed broccoli, Benjamin Home Fries, Mashed Potatoes and onion rings to complement any of your choices. To finish off the holiday dinner, you can choose any one of their fresh baked desserts. The restaurant will be serving their traditional Holiday Eggnog (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
