Words from Bowling Green, Kentucky’s own Brie Golliher, the Pie Queen herself, “My grandmother’s favorite cake is German Chocolate, but being “the pie queen” I had to find a way to combine the cake and a pie. This is a shortbread crust with a rich brownie batter filled with pecans, chocolate chips and coconut.”

Brie Golliher, the Pie Queen said: “Pimento cheese pie is a staple on the menu at The Pie Queen of Bowling Green. It starts with a classic pimento cheese recipe then I add extra cheeses and cream cheese and bake inside a flaky homemade crust. It’s available year round and customers flip if I don’t have it.”
