Recipe: Pasta with Garlic Scapes

Garlic scapes are the flowering stalks of garlic which are harvested in late spring/early summer. Usually you can find them at farmers markets and specialty grocers. I bought a few (for my first time) at Whole Foods today and I figured they would be great in a pasta dish to pair with the Chicken Scarpariello I planned to cook for dinner. So now I share my recipe with you.
