Celebrate Bastille Day at Almond, NYC

Almond is one of my favorite restaurants in the Flatiron District. They’re hosting a dinner party to celebrate Bastille Day. On July 14th, they will host dinner, cocktails, and a Paris-themed “Photo Booth.” They’ve even invited the Paris “paparazzi” to join. More details below.

For $35, guests will enjoy 3 courses of French deliciousness–like Escarogts, Tarte Flambe (French Onion Pizza), Moules Frites (Mussels & Fries), Croque Monsiuer (French-style Grilled Cheese), and Le Grande Mac ‘n Cheese–to name a few. Check out the full menu here.

Drinking is important, too. Eric has French wines by the glass and a new cocktail called The Chrysanthemum, made with dry vermouth, Bénédictine, absinthe and orange. Then, take a stroll through Paris (we’ve staged an Eiffel tower scenery) and pose for the “paparazzi,” a photographer who will take your photo with silly French-themed props. It’ll make a great souvenir. Hope you can join us!

Reservations are requested and can be made on Open Table, or by calling the restaurant at (212) 228-7557.
