Bon Appetit: Pork & Lemongrass Meatballs in Lettuce Cups

Flipping through the pages of the March 2011 edition of Bon Appetit I came across a great recipe for Pork & Lemongrass Meatballs in Lettuce Cups. Simple ingredients, quick prep and cook time, and a delicious dish – I highly recommend it. Here are some photos, with my own twist:
