Liz Johnson of the Journal News posted an article today on 8 new restaurants that have opened in Westchester and Rockland Counties. To my surprise, Fig & Olive (Twitter handle: @FIGANDOLIVENY), the well-known restaurant in NYC has opened up in Scarsdale at the former location of one of my favorite gardening stores, Smith &; Hawken. She has also listed bartaco, which I reviewed a couple weeks ago.
