Food trucks are popping up everywhere in NYC. Today, I finally picked up lunch from The Bistro Truck, which is normally stationed on 5th Avenue between 16th and 17th Streets in Manhattan. What enticed me to go was their tweets appearing on my Twitter feed about the specials of the day. Reviewing their menu online, I decided to go with the Marrakech lamb – pulled lamb served with cous cous and salad all for $7. The meat was tender and very flavorful with the Mediterranean herbs and seasonings. I’m going back for more!
