Earlier today, I was “googling” some Filipino recipes online. I came across a blog that linked to another blog, MarketManila.com, that had an entry about a new book called Memories of Philippine Kitchens written by the owners of Cendrillon, a Filipino fusion restaurant in SoHo, NYC. This book is scheduled to be on bookshelves on November 1st. I pre-ordered my copy on Overstock.com. As soon as I get it delivered, I’ll share my comments.
