We stopped by the second day of their opening. Fortunately we missed the crowd cuz it was packed. Initially we were told we had a 15 minute wait, but that turned into 2. Lucky us. Didn't matter because our eyes were glued to the many flat screen tvs set up around the restaurant. Boxing or basketball? We went to the section that had both on.

Alas the pizza came, hot out of the oven, and well-done, as how it says above the coal oven area. With my knife and fork ready, I cut into my slice. Mmm, I couldn't help but saying that out loud. The stingers added the right amount of heat while the savory meats and ricotta chunks made a happy dance in my mouth. "Now that's a good pizza," I said before I chugged my ice cold glass of Blue Point, one of the many beers available by the bottle.
We couldn't finish our small pie, but it didn't go to waste. The leftovers tastes great the next day. Just broil 'em for a couple minutes on a rack and you're all set.
We'll be back.

Favor: Tell the manager, Lexie, to get HBO. She says if she gets enough requests, she might be able to get HBO Sports on, in addition to the basic cable channels.
