Goma Tei's shoyu broth is also delicious, but I prefer the tan tan. If you're unsure of what broth to get, just ask them for a sample. I'm sure you'll go with tan tan.

Beer is also available by the glass and the bottle. For $3.75 you can get a glass of Kirin. Not a bad deal, but be warned, all these carbs will leave you in a food coma.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. I can't wait to go back to Honolulu to dine here again.
