Thanksgiving 2010 recap

Most of my friends are curious to know what I prepared for Thanksgiving, especially since I’m such a foodie. So here it is (note: some items have links to my recipes):

The menu
Turkey
Mashed potatoes
Blanched string beans with olive oil mayo
Stuffing (from Whole Foods)
Brussel sprouts with bacon
Cranberry sauce
Pancit palabok
Lumpia
