It's a bit chilly to get it now, so I can hold off on it until it goes on sale during the holiday season. Ah, the holiday season, when I buy a bunch of gifts... for myself =X
Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time finding the shoe online, so here's Neiman Marcus' version - the Tiberia Karung Pump in gold snakeskin.

Description (per wineglobe.com)
Rich hues of black cherry and new brick gleam through the glass. Aromatics are full with ripe blackberry and briar, enhanced by expressions of licorice and coffee bean. Lively flavors of currant and blackberries abound with barrel enhanced cassis and toasty charred oak. Wisps of vanilla from oak aging and a firm tannin structure combine for an elegant and refined finish.

Spareribs in Black Bean Sauce
2 lbs spareribs cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup black bean sauce (I used Lee Kum Kee)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 shallot - diced
3 slices of ginger
5 cloves of garlic - diced
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
1 cup water
Heat wok over high heat. Add just enough oil to coat the surface. Add the rib pieces and brown on all sides, adding more oil if needed. Move the ribs to the side of the wok, leaving the oil bubbling in the center of the wok. Add garlic, shallots, garlic and ginger. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add black bean sauce and oyster sauce. Stir all ingredients together. Pour chicken stock and stir until the liquid bubbles. Reduce flame to medium-heat. Pour 1/4 cup of water into the wok every 5 minutes. Stir and check level of liquid occasionally, adding more water as needed, while skimming and discarding any accumulated fat.
Serve with white rice.
Cook Time: About 40 minutes

I showed my goodies to my colleague, whom I share chocolate feasts with. She said they were an Israeli company. Who knew? She said a lot of Israeli chains were opening in the city, including Aroma (which I will describe my experience a little later). To cut the story short, the bagel was delicious...chocolate divine. And how much is left? The other half of the bagel. I drank 2 glasses of milk and got full. At least I have more for later.
